Recreational Soccer Program
HHSA offers Developmental and Competitive Programs 
 for Boys and Girls from 5 to 18 years old 
in the Fall, Winter, and
  Spring.
Hasbrouck Heights Soccer Association is a volunteer run organization dedicated to teach the beautiful game
  of soccer to the children of Hasbrouck Heights. The goals of HHSA are to help children:
  - Learn the rules of the game 
- Develop soccer skills
- Build self-esteem
-  Learn sportsmanship and teamwork
- Most importantly, have fun in a safe environment

            Games are mostly held on the weekends, but D7 plays mostly on weeknights.

              Separate girls and boys teams
            
              Competitive with Playoffs Teams from HH and Neighboring Towns
              
                
                  D5 - 3rd and 4th grades 
                  D4 - 5th and 6th grades
                
                  D3 - 7th and 8th grades
                
              Limited to 20 players on each team.
            
              Records are kept
            
              Play-off and championship is held at end of season

              Usually plays week night games. Our town does not have access to a
                large field with lights so the D3/D4/D5 teams will host games on weekends at Depken or
                Hitchcock.

Playing Up
All players can request to play up at a higher age bracket (10 year olds want to play on a team with a 12 year old sibling) but it needs to be reviewed by the board first.  No player can play at a lower age bracket (14 year olds can not play on a team of 1st graders).
Girls can play on boys teams but boys can not play on girls teams.
